Eligibility for Return You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Bosio Trading Company Limited within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in new and unused condition.
- Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- For health and hygiene reasons, certain items sold as personal care items are not eligible for return once opened.
